Job Summary:

This position is responsible for achieving recruitment objectives and ensure the quality and in-time delivery of all recruitment related activities for all positions within China scope. 

Main Responsibilities:

1. work closely with hiring manager to identify hiring needs/candidate qualifications;

2. take in charge of the whole process of candidates sourcing, interview, selection and job offer by following company’s SOP and practice

3. attract the eligible candidates through structured interviews and close all openings on schedule; 

4. involve in specific recruitment or branding activities, e.g., campus talk, job fair, internship program, etc.

5. manage and maintain various recruiting channels for talent acquisition, e.g., job board, agency, third-party recruiting vendor, universities etc;

6. Build up candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process.

7. Prepare the regular and ad hoc recruiting reports

8. Other ad hoc recruiting projects or tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree 

2. Good English skill in both writing and speaking

3. Proficiency in Office Software (Excel, PPT)

4. 3 years above recruitment experience at MNCs 

5. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

6. CAN DO attitude, be able to work under pressure and achieve the results

7. Attention to details; high team work spirit
