职位描述
Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Shanghai, China
Responsibilities
*Provide post-sales technical support to Veeva customers to assure customer satisfaction
*Act as contact window for customer calls to resolve customer queries
*Track, document and resolve customer issue together with technical manager and account manager
*Work with product manager to track the issues which need product team development
*As technical expert of Veeva product, share the technical knowledge among the technical team
Qualifications:
*4-yr Bachelor degree or above from top universities
*At least 2 years implementation or technical support experience for enterprise software system
*Excellent oral and written communication skill in Mandarin and English
*Excellent capability in software troubleshooting and working in time constrains and under pressure
*Strong team player with good learning ability
*Knowledge of SaaS and/or CRM applications is highly desirable
*Knowledge in Salesforce.com platform is desirable
*Knowledge of life sciences industry in China is a plus
*Japanese language skill is a plus
