Job description:

  

1.     Responsible for continuous improvement on existing production line, especially improve productivity through automation and intelligence modification;

  

2.     Participate into new production line design and construction management. Complete annual CAPEX plan;

  

3.     Study advanced mechanical and other engineering technology, support maintenance team to reduce equipment breakdown;

  

4.     Closely cooperate with other departments perform improvement actions to handle with process issue, quality complaint, safety risk;

  

5.     In charge of improvement projects plan preparation and proposal evaluation, management of project schedule, quality, cost and risk, on-site installation and debugging plan and suppliers’ management, and the acceptance check;

  

6.     Ensure all improvement projects allocated are completed in accordance with related applicable codes and standards, all government regulations and company safety requirements;

  

7.     Accountable for technology document management, compile SOP and train operator& technician.

  

  

Job requirements:

  

1.     Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Mechanical Engineering, or Instrumental & Electrical Engineering;

  

2.     At least 5 years’ experience on continuous improvement or project management in Chemical Manufacturing Industry, plus 3+ years in multi-national company;

  

3.     Good knowledge and technology of automation & digitalization & intelligence, rich experience on equipment, instrument devices and pipeline installation, skilled in design of PID, layout, interlock matrix; good at contractor management.

  

4.     Familiar with chemical equipment breakdown and good ability to root cause analysis.

  

  

Special Knowledge /skills:

  

1.     Good English on writing and speaking;

  

2.     Familiar with Ms office, Auto CAD and project software;

  

3.     Good supervision, communication and interpersonal skill;

  

4.     Good problem solving/troubleshooting skill and rational thinking;

  

5.     Innovational, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated and motivate others;

  

6.     Experience to coordinate among local authorities, contractors and individual department inside of company;

  

7.     Experienced player on energy saving and cleaning production;

  

8.     Team player, but working independently with focus on result and achievement;

  

9.     Ability to work under pressure and overtime.
