工作职责：

1.负责公司项目从设计到施工完成的整体把控;

2.制定公司整体运营计划，组织、协调各种资源，确保公司整体运营目标的达成;

3.负责审核制定公司整体运营计划、管理方案、企业操作流程，制定公司年度工作计划和整体经营管理工作计划;

4.组织拟定公司内部管理机构设置方案、公司基本管理制度及公司具体规章。

任职要求：

1、理工类、管理类等相关专业,本科及以上学历,硕士或海外留学经验优先；

2、具有10年以上工程技术公司管理工作经历；

3、具有丰富的工程项目专业知识及相关实践工作经验,涉外项目工作经验优先；

4、熟悉企业战略规划、组织与流程管理、计划管理的相关知识；熟悉工程技术企业整体业务运作流程体系；

5、有责任感，有良好的职业素质、团队精神，性格开朗豁达，良好的沟通能力和管理能力。
