Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, build, script, and tune levels for the game.
- Implement the level designs for the game using Maya/Max and In-house Level Editor.
- Work in close collaboration with game studios and in house art team to create a highly productive and focused level development process.
- Help finalize the game mechanics by whiteboxing and prototyping environments in which those mechanics will be used.
- Drive design by taking the initiative to bring all parties together to execute on the overall vision for the level.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring that the level is both challenging and fun to play.
- Share and explain level visual target to teams.
- Refine and improve game play whilst at the same time keeping to the schedule

Requirements
- Extensive experience with 3D level design tools (UnrealEd, Maya, Max, Hammer, Radiant or similar 3D editor).
- Previous experience and interest with a gameplay scripting language or high level programming language.
- Thorough knowledge of the game development process.
- Able to work closely with other departments, especially the environmental art team
- Ability to create entertaining and interesting playable levels for the game from existing design documents
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Experience & Qualities Sought :
- Fluent both written and oral English, Chinese.
- Single-player levels Design experience using industry standard game editors.
- Some Artistic background, Experience in 3D Modelling packages such as Maya or Max
- Architectural interests, formal or casual a big plus
- 5+ years in the gaming industry, with at least 2 successful shipped title
