职位描述

Job responsibilities
- Assist General Manager in all administrative and organizational matters
- Arrangement of affairs concerning arrange business travel i.e. air tickets, hotel reservation,
- Management of company's documents
- Provide administrative support on company daily routine work i.e. order stationery and office utilities
- Monthly summaries office expenses (stationery, postage, air tickets & etc.)
- Assist for parcel application i.e. UPS / FEDEX / DHL etc.

Job qualifications
- Good command of common office software word, excel, powerpoint.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Have good communication & cooperation skills, teamwork, cross culture knowledge
- Good sense of responsibility, careful, patient, reliable, organized.
