Your main duties include:
- Crafting engaging copy for our website, apps, and social media channels
- Drafting key memos, agreements, guides and documentation for our English users
- Managing various projects involving English users and ensuring that clear and effective communication between all parties is maintained at all times
- Crafting clear and impactful proposals to English-speaking users
- Ensuring that Gfresh is delivering clear, consistent communication across all platforms and channels
What we’re looking for:
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- A passion for detail and simplicity when it comes to written communication
- A perfectionist who takes pride in your work
- An interest in global trade and tech
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
Gfresh builds online marketplaces and logistics infrastructure for global seafood trading. We’re helping small fishing upstarts as well as the world’s biggest multinationals sell their seafood direct to China’s restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers.
We are doing the difficult-but-valuable work of building a global platform and cold-chain logistics network that lets seafood operators focus on fishing, not sales or fulfilment. And we’d like your help.
We’re currently looking for an English Editor and Copywriter to join us in our Shanghai office.
In this role, you will work across many departments including marketing, operations, and trade advisory to enhance our communication with English-speaking users.
