MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Interpret and implement specifications for products and processes to determine performance requirements to meet customer expectations.

• Sustains the production line through implementation of established procedures.

• Lead process quality problem solving, include setup containment action and root cause analysis.

• Setup regularly quality meeting and lead team to solve process issue and continue improve the process quality.

• Develop PQE team problem solving capability and build up team product and process knowledge.

• Supports Customer Quality Engineering on customer quality issues resolution.

• Supports new project launch, by collect trial run data to find out problem and work with team to solve it.

• Coordinate FMEA, lead Control Plan development and execution together with process development teams.

• Coordinate internal and external system & process audits.

• Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production.

• To train and promote employee’s quality requirement, awareness.            

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

• Good English comprehension.

• Bilingual in Chinese and English is desired.

• Analytical problem solving capability, Red-X, GB or BB certification is preferred.

• More than 5 years working experience in automotive industry

• Familiar with GD&T and  have measuring skills is preferred

• Understand TS16949 requirements and related quality tools. E.g. APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA

• 3years + working experience in mechanical assembly processes is preferred. E.g. machining, staking, clinching…
