主要工作内容和职责:
1.撰写涉及环境健康安全的标准作业流程并提供所有员工和现场承包商环境健康安全培训, 以提高员工的环境健康安全方面的意识。
2.在工厂维护工程师的协助下, 确保所有必须要有法律和执照许可的设备或危险化学品获取相关认证和执照。
3.处理日常环境健康安全方面的活动, 诸如现场监控、事故预防和调查、风险分析和环境评估、支持应急方案计划的执行，并向管理评审提供报告。调查伤亡事故并采取预防措施降低整个工厂潜在的风险。
4.负责或协助管理使用区域的危险化学品和危险废品的处理, 以确保符合法律法规并降低风险。
5.担任内部 (如其组织内其他部门) 外部 (如政府部门、社团或业务合作伙伴) 交流的窗口并与其保持良好的关系。
6.建立并担任应急反应小组指挥官，该小组由工厂维护工程师、保安以及来至喷漆车间、装配车间和办公室的代表组成。
7.建立环境健康安全管理体系, 并执行组织业务范围内涉及的所有相关法律法规以及公司的环境健康安全方针。准备将来在上海工厂建立ISO14001和OHSAS18001体系。

要求:
1.本科学历，化工、环境工程、安全工程、机械工程等相关专业，或者管理类专业。
2.至少两年在制造行业环境健康安全方面工作经验，并有1年以上跨国公司经验。
3.丰富的环境健康安全管理体系和外部认证机构和政府部门稽查经验。
4.较强的电脑运用能力，精通微软办公软件。
5.良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
6.优秀的人际沟通能力、观察能力、分析能力。
7.国家注册安全工程师或安全员执业资格证书者优先考虑。
Main task & responsible :
1.Prepare SOP relate to EHS and provide EHS training course for all employees, on-site contractors, enhance employee's EHS sense.
2.Handle daily EHS activities, such as site monitoring, accident prevention and investigation, risk analysis and environmental assessment, implementation support in emergency plan, and generate the report for management review. Investigate for injury & accident and take preventing action to reduce potential risk in whole plant.
3.With collaboration of maintenance engineer, ensure related legal permits/license required for the equipment or hazardous chemical in company business operations are obtained.
4.In charge of or support for managing the hazardous chemical which are used in the workstations and the hazardous waster treatment in order to meet laws and regulations and reduce risk.
5.Act as a contacting window and maintain a positive relationship with internal parties (such as other departments/organ) and external parties (such as government authorities, communities, business partners).
6.Setup and act as a commander of ERT (emergency response team), the team should consist of maintenance engineer, security guards, and the representatives from painting workshop, assembly line workshop and the office.
7.Setup up EHS management system, and carry out all business activities within the organization in accordance with all legal EHS law/regulation & company's Environmental, Health & Safety policies. In near future, setup and maintain the ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system in Shanghai Plant.

Requirement :
1.Bachelor degree, majored in Chemical Engineering, Environment Engineering, Safety Engineering, Mechanical engineering or related subjects or similar related to people management.
2.At least 2 years EHS related experiences in manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 1 year or above experience in MNC.
3.Sufficient experiences with EHS management system (ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001) and external certification and government audit.
4.Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
5.Good at both oral and written English.
6.Strong interpersonal skills, observation ability, analytic capability
7.China national certified safety engineer is a plus.
