Responsibility Level:

Responsible to develop, implement and track IAM/OES network in appointed region. Develop and enhance the relationship with IAM/OES customers and drive the program development across departments.

Typical Duties:

• Responsible for identifying and implementing profitable business opportunities with all relevant customers.
• Develop and maintain IAM/OES customer network in appointed region according to company's strategy, market plan and positioning to ensure a long-term partnership.
• Establish a trusting relationship with all direct customer for purposes of anticipating customer needs, maintaining existing and generating new business opportunities to achieve the sales target.
• Follow up customer’s service requirements of order and delivery, sales forecast, co-ordinate among various departments to ensure the stable supplying and reasonable safety stock for customers.
• Prepares and conducts quotations and price negotiations and in consultation with superior to prepare and implement all appropriate contracts.
• Ensures timely and qualified response to all customers’ inquiries, concerns and requests to achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Support and coordinate technical assessment request from customers.
• Prepares and provides annual business plans, forecasts and other standard performance reports
• Collect and report marketing information.
• Other assignments from superior.

Requirements:

• College degree or above in Engineering or relevant subjects
• Min.5 years' experience in automotive maintenance product field
• Strong skills in problem solving and negotiation
• Good command of MS Office (PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
• Fluent local language and good English reading and writing skill
