Job Responsibilities

1. conduct training needs anlayis;

2. Develop, revise/update,deliver, evaluate training courses;

3. Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers;

4. Manage a training budget;

5. Coordinate with departmental managers and customize department training strategies or modules;

6. Prepare feedback or reports on training groups, targets and accomplishments;

7.Develop new employee development and talent management initiatives/programs;



Qualifications

1.Bachelor in Business Administration, Management Studies or Human Resource Management;

2.Minimum 5 years working experience in training;

3.Can develop, revise, deliver and evaluate training courses

4. Outstanding presentation and communication skill

5. Good at planning and can perform multiple activities

6. Good command of English
