1、负责生物试剂产品，带领团队制定并执行年度市场销售计划，完成产品线年度任务指标；

2、带领团队完成生物试剂产品线的应用技术支持工作；

3、带领团队完成新产品的调研、评估和引进；

4、协调公司销售人员共同完成产品销售任务，以及产品销售流程的跟进；

5、与供应商建立良好的合作关系，完成产品市场推广工作；

6、对公司内部员工进行产品和技术培训；

7、负责客户信息的市场调查及反馈。

任职要求：

1、分子生物学，遗传学，微生物学及药理学博士均可；

2、有团队管理经理；熟悉生物及药理学实验室工作的，熟悉生物制药全球研发方向和趋势的均可。
