What is Production? It

s the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

Is this your next challenge?

As the Production Product Developer (PPD) you interpret trends and visual goals and translate them into specific material and product information for our R&D team and for the production teams working for our suppliers. You will take ownership of the strategy for product/material developments linked to market demand and based on customer needs.

Your new team

Of course, you can’t do all this by yourself! There’s a great team of people that you will collaborate with, both locally and internationally, who will share your ambition and help you achieve your goals. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will interact both with our Buying Office and with the whole of our Supply Chain Organization.

Who are you?

The person we are looking for is a leader with passion for fashion. Someone who understands production, customers and products alike. Communication will be key as the role works across the organization and interacts with many functions within H&M. Creativity and out-of-the-box-thinking will also be key elements when deciding who we will hire for the role as you will need to build relationships globally across Production and Buying Office.
