KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (including EHSS responsibilities)

1. Thermal filler treatment and TIM (Thermal Interface Material 1&2) product development and process transfer to plant for electronics, general industry etc.

2. Benchmark the CoProducers’ TIM related products.

3. Conduct experiment DOE and related performance testing.

4. Project management in whole stream and collaborate with related functions to commercialize formulation

5. Maintain and develop current company intelligence for value creation.

6. Actively monitor relevant local IP landscape and strengthen company IP position.

7. Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab.

8. Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Education

1. Ph.D or Master degree with major in Chemistry or Material Science.

2. Strong expertise in polymer and silicone chemistry preferred.

Knowledge/Requirement

1. Solid knowledge of powder or electronic industry and TIM (silicone-based or non-silicone-based) preferred.

2. Strong filler treatment know-how particularly thermal conductive filler.

3. Strong expertise in formulation development for electronics.

4. Familiar with the R&D and IP procedures.

5. Fluent command of written and spoken English.

6. Good IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).

7. Soft skills:

Open-minded, pro-active, communicational and team workable personality including intercultural competence.

Experience

1. At least 3~5 year related working experience in electronic adhesive or powder industries
