• Prepares “first draft” of correspondence and Composes correspondence for PD’s signature and Owner’s signature (This includes the maintenance of logs)
• Official Letter to Owner by transmittal
• Preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, etc.
• Minute general meetings as required and meeting coordination (including catering, teleconferences, etc.)
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Coordinates global travel arrangements including processing visa applications and adhering to security travel advisories and coordinate commercial and charter travel arrangements.
• Coordinate transportations
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Prepare expense claims
• General office duties including faxing, mail distribution,creating and maintaining appropriate business group files.

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others
• Excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances
• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.
• Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision.
