This position is responsible for managing several team members to develop and monitor the different markets according to company core business. Define the budget and market development plan with middle to long term basis. Define group members development plan and make annual appraisal. Risk control for both technical and commercial works

1. Lead team members to achieve annual business target

2. Lead team members to convince customer with reliable solutions to help successful products selling

3. Dominate risk control to ensure minimize risk of the order

4. Lead the team handover ordered projects to downstream departments for further execution

5. Approve technical proposals and commercial tenders, monitor daily business activities of team

6. Coordinate the analysis of executed projects

7. Coordinate the trouble-shooting work

8. Define the correct strategy to develop existing market and explore new market, focus on after-sales business

9. Collect market information, like new projects, new products, new process, competition, etc., push innovation ideas

10. Build up team members' leadership or management skills; Improve the whole group competence

11. Organize monthly team meeting and consolidate business report

12. Keep control for ISO procedure and system maintenance. Office 5s control

13. Other tasks assigned by Head APT

Supervisory responsibilities

1. Monitor team leaders' daily work. Nurture technical understanding and sales skills development of subordinators

2. Define business budget for different applications/markets. Set up annual target for each team member

任职要求：

1. Minimum 7 years working experience as chemical process engineer in upstream, refinery, petrochemicals field. With plant or engineering institute experiences will be more appreciated.

2. Experience of leading a team.

3. Bachelor or Master in chemical engineering

4. Fluent in both oral & written English and Mandarin

5. Fluent use MS office such as WORD /EXECL/PowerPoint

6. Strong leadership ability and management skills

7. Customer oriented, Team-work in mind, Strong committed to achieve results

8. Positive attitude, Open-minded, Good communication skills

9. Ready to work under pressure. Available for frequent traveling

10. Awareness to work in an international environment
