1. Develop new customers with sales and Key Account sales
2. Assist sales and Key Account sales in reviewing customer requirements, and proactively carry out technical confirmation with customer R&D departments properly.
3. Fully understand customer requirements and related standards, and refine them to specific technical requirements.
4. Assist sales and Key Account sales in completing customer's product feasibility analysis report together with other relevant departments.
5. Technical communication, understanding and confirmation between customer drawings and production drawings
6. Assist sales and Key Accounts in selling existing products and company-owned products of recommendation companies
7. Hold technical exchanges with customers at customer site or within the company from time to time
8. Assist and support the quality department in handling customer complaints

 

Qualification

1. Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical related disciplines;
2. Knowledge in the fastener or automotive industry, mechanical products design background will be plus;
3. Familiar with CATIA, MS software;
4. Knowledge of PPAP and IMDS is preferred;  
5.  Good communication skills internally and externally;
6. Good English ability, both oral and writing;
7. Be active in business traveling;
8. Good team work spirit;
9. Driver license is preferred.
