视频剪辑设计工程师

工作职责：

1.独立完成短视频内容材料收集和选题策划，进行短视频脚本撰写；根据需求进行短视频的策划及创意设计；

2.利用拍摄器材进行高质量的视频短片素材拍摄；并独立对拍摄素材进行混剪等制作；

3.独立完成短视频后期制作全过程（包括短视频特效、flash、配乐、花字、字幕等后期工作），协调与沟通与视频制作相关各环节，保证成片效果;

4.根据需求进行短视频创作及制作（拍摄、灯光、录音、剪辑、特效等）；对整个视频的主题、镜头衔接、节奏感、音乐等方面有较好把握，对成片质量负责。

5、负责集团公司旗下品牌VI设计、升级；

6、产品海报、电商平台产品详情页构思及设计；

任职资格：

1.两年以上的独立视频策划及后期剪辑及拍摄类相关工作经验；对抖音短视频有一定的认知；有抖音、西瓜快手、淘系短视频等视频平台拍摄经验者优先；

2.具有较好的美术基础，对视频主题，节奏、色彩、镜头语言等方面有很好的驾驭能力和经验，有食品类行业拍摄经验者优先；

3.对移动互联网发展和时下热点信息敏感，有把握和及时反应能力，积极主动、乐于学习，有责任心，执行能力强；

4.熟练进行后期制作及剪辑，熟练操作视频剪辑包装软件（如Adobe Premiere Pro，Adobe Photoshop， Adobe After Effects等；

5.熟悉各类相机、镜头、灯光的使用及操作；

6.善于沟通和表达，有想法，但是不固执，一定要有细节强迫症，能自行完成一套令人赞不绝口并且非常规范的VI视觉识别系统；

Video clip design engineer
operating duty:
1. Independently complete the collection of short video content materials and topic selection planning, write short video script, plan and design short video according to the needs;
2. Use shooting equipment to shoot high-quality video clips, and independently make mixed cutting of shooting materials;
3. Independently complete the whole process of short video post production (including short video special effects, flash, soundtrack, wordwork, subtitle and other post work), coordinate and communicate with each link related to video production to ensure the film effect;
4. Create and produce short videos (shooting, lighting, recording, editing, special effects, etc.) according to the needs; have a good grasp of the theme, lens connection, rhythm, music and other aspects of the whole video, and be responsible for the quality of the film.
5. Be responsible for VI design and upgrading of brands under the group company;
6. Conception and design of product posters and product details page of e-commerce platform;
Qualifications:
1. More than two years working experience in independent video planning, post editing and shooting; have a certain understanding of buffeting short video; have video platform shooting experience such as buffeting, watermelon quick hand, Taoxi short video is preferred;
2. Have a good art foundation, good command and experience in video theme, rhythm, color, lens language, etc., and have shooting experience in food industry is preferred;
3. Be sensitive to the development of mobile Internet and current hot information, have the ability to grasp and respond in time, be active, willing to learn, have a sense of responsibility and strong executive ability;
4. Be familiar with post production and editing, and video clip packaging software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After effects, etc.);
5. Be familiar with the use and operation of various cameras, lenses and lights;
6. Be good at communication and expression, have ideas, but not stubborn, must have detail obsessive-compulsive disorder, and be able to complete a set of praiseworthy and very standard VI visual recognition system;
