3、负责公众号每周的推文内容，包括原创和BD内容转载，让粉丝量和阅读量不断提升；

5、挖掘和分析用户使用习惯、情感及体验感受，即时掌握新闻热点，完成专题策划、编辑制作，建立有效运营手段提升用户活跃度，提高关注度；

【任职要求】

1、独立负责微信公众号运营工作经验一年以上，或有优秀的公众号运营成功案例；

2、优秀的文字表达能力，懂得深入浅出，善于挖掘用户心理，并能结合热点和创意；

3、懂用户运营和品牌推广，能实施清晰的用户互动策略，提升用户活跃度和粉丝数，提升品牌提供曝光度；

4、善于捕捉新鲜资讯，并能够与工作结合，提出运营及活动方案；

5、工作勤恳、执行力强，有良好的沟通和团队协作能力、抗压能力、逻辑思维能力；

6、大学专科以上，市场营销、新闻传媒、文学、广告专业优先；

7、有海外留学、工作经验，美妆、个护、家居等快消行业工作经验者优先；
