Responsibilities:
· Liaise and follow-up with own boutiques, retailers and contractors on Visual Merchandising issues
· Follow up on all the boutiques PLV /Accessories ordering and the delivery process of all materials
· Follow and implement guidelines from the Headquarter
· Work with the Marketing Department and handle in-store events
· Work in the office with field visits
· Visit POS in Shanghai and travel to East China to verify product assortment, shop decorations and stock level management
· Administrative support to the team on reporting and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
· Tertiary education in Graphic Design or Visual Arts or relevant disciplines
· Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Visual Merchandising & Sales Administration preferably in luxury retail industry
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, experience in using Oracle is preferable
· Well-organized, detail-minded and reliable
· Self motivated and a good team player
· Adapt to regular travel in China
· Good command of both written and spoken English

· 负责店铺陈列相关道具的订购及一切运送安排

· 执行总部的陈列指引

· 与市场部共同处理店内的促销活动

· 需经常到店铺实地考察

· 需到华东行销点出差，确保经销商按照公司的要求进行陈列及装修并且进行库存管理

· 负责团队报告及特别项目的行政支持

要求:

· 大专及以上学历，平面设计或视觉艺术相关专业

· 两年以上视觉陈列及销售行政相关工作经验，拥有奢侈品零售行业经验者优先

· 熟练应用各项办公软件，拥有使用Oracle 经验者优先

· 良好的组织能力，细心及诚实可靠

· 积极进取并富有团队合作精神

· 能适应经常性全国范围内出差

· 良好的中英文读写能力
