Job Description:

1. Managing claims, including customer complaints, complaints to suppliers.负责投诉相关的工作，包括处理客户方的投诉，与供应商（含海外）交涉相关投诉问题等。
2. Evaluation of the failure processes of fasteners, including collecting and evaluating information of the failure, finding the root cause, understanding and describing the root cause.评估紧固件的失效过程，包括收集和评估失效信息，找到、理解并描述失效的根本原因。
3. Determining in a cross function team approach corrective actions.确定纠正措施。
4. Creating 8D-reports in CAQ system, presentation of the 8D reports to customer. 在CAQ系统里创建8D报告，并能向客户很好的阐述8D报告。
5. Documentation of claims, inspections, processes and work instructions. 处理投诉相关的文件。
6. Managing internal / external sorting.管理内外部挑选。
7. Clarification of cost between all parties. 和各方澄清相关费用。
8. Other work assigned by manager and company.领导指派的其它工作。

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or other technical disciplines.本科及以上学历，机械工程或技术相关专业。
2. Above 3 years of quality or technical experience in the fastener or automotive industry with basic knowledge of fasteners.3年以上质量或技术工作经验，要求有紧固件或汽车行业的背景知识。
3. Good knowledge of 8D, Ishikawa, 5 WHY, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan.熟悉8D, Ishikawa, 5 WHY, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan等质量知识。
4. Be good at to extract information out of different systems (ERP, CAQ, ELO)善于从不同系统（ERP，CAQ，ELO等）中提取有用的信息。
5. Good team worker and excellent communications skills.优秀的团队合作精神和出色的沟通技巧。
6. Fluent in English for Reading/Writing, be able to Speak English.流利的英文读写能力，能进行简单的英文口语交流。
7. Good health conditions and able to travel.健康状况良好，能够出差。

1. Understanding or certification of quality systems (ISO 9001 / IATF1696 / VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5) is a plus.理解质量体系或者有质量体系证书（ISO 9001 / IATF1696 / VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5）。
2. Audit experience is a plus.有审核经验。
