主要工作内容是质量部门的文档管理和产品规范管理

With the guidance from the manager to update product documents and publish in internal document systems
Document and Specifications regular send and check with EMs.
Check, issue, update, summarize and analyze all EMs' quality data (like, product information list, etc.) to ensure the integrity and compliance of the company's products and department data.
Responsible for the management of product market stability, including product information management registration, samples management and follow-up test completion report.
Maintain raw material data related to products, cooperate with other departments to conduct global raw material confirmation and quality event communication.
Responsible for the timely release and blocking of all external manufacturers' products in SAP, as well as the setting of product quality information in MDWF.
Co-ordinate the investigation of nonconformance, evaluate causal drivers and determine CAPA actions.
Participate in final disposition decision for non-conforming material/product.
Co-ordinate the complaint investigation process and timely response in co-ordination with EM.
Participate in development of protocols and shop-floor execution of process qualification.
Support Cleaning & Sanitization validations and APR (authorization for product release)
