客户是一家美国电力和自动化设备制造商，成立于1905年。在服务领域，公司处于市场领先地位。上海工厂位于浦东张江，生产的产品销往中国及海外市场。在上海公司内部，有专门的团队为美国总部提供产品设计服务。基于实际订单的产品设计将由生产部门用于为美国市场制造产品。

每日常规工作和技能要求（括号内）

1） 协助质量部经理开展质量部的日常工作和运作，向质量部经理汇报。（人际沟通要求）

2） 负责各项原材料试验工作，如原材料的机械和电气性能试验等。

3） 对检验员生成的不合格品原始信息进行控制、跟踪和反馈。

4） 质量数据的输入、统计、汇总和分析。（以上所有项目：遵守规范、如实客官、公正透明）

当有需要时的工作

5） 同各相关部门（生产、技术、采购等）及时沟通，确保质量问题和信息的及时传递，并得以有效解决。（人际沟通要求）

6） 新开发供应商首件（First Article）检验、进料检验和PPAP的数据录入与分析，文件的审核、整理和归档。

7） 根据体系文件的规定，实施销售流转文件的审核、整理和归档。

8） 在硅橡胶件生产人员协助下，负责硅橡胶产品和模具的检验，并参与质量部门的其他各项检验工作，包括内部和外部的现场检验。

9） 质量部相关作业指导书的编制及对相关人员的培训。

10） 相关检验和试验设备的计量、维护与维修。

11） 参与工艺纪律、5S等专项检查。（以上所有项目：遵守规范、如实客官、公正透明）

12） 能够分析归纳问题的类型，提出改进的方案和建议。（分析问题的能力，改善的意识和能力）

岗位要求：

教育程度：大专及以上学历。

电气或机械等相关专业，英语水平良好优先，具备3年及以上质量相关工作经验，有高、中压电缆附件、中压开关的经验更佳，有较强的分析判断能力，有较强的责任心，能承受一定的工作压力。
