KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

？ Provide technical support to commercial team through application-oriented offerings.

？ Respond to customer interaction in support of new product introduction, customer service, complaint

？ Translation of customer needs to product offerings by companying/recommending in-house solutions.

？ Responsible for lab experiment on product modification and customer application demo

？ Work together with SD and ELA plant chemist on product registration and trial to introduce new product and solution

？ Travel with in East and North China and to other locations on demand

？ Support to sales & marketing activities/events such as MDB/MDP, customer events, seminars or exhibitions.

？ Team up with distributors, machinery and equipment manufacturers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

？ Major in polymer science or chemistry background, Bachler degree and above

？ Minimum 3 years of experience in silicone rubber industry

？ Technical service experience would increase your value

？ Good command of written and spoken English

？ Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook).

？ Ingenious, professional integrity and good business acumen
