Objective of Job

The finance manager is mainly responsible for budget and financial analysis of region office’s staff cost, providing related budget and financial analysis reports, assisting finance controller in daily support to RGO function heads in budget controlling and analysis, assisting finance controller in daily finance control of RGO entity, optimizing controlling method and procedure, and involvement in ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Brief Task Description

* Assist RGO function head in developing annual budget and periodical forecast for assigned function groups in RGO office;

* Monthly review variance analysis report comparing actual and budget/forecast, trend analysis report, and other related financial analysis report prepared by financial analyst;

* Develop rolling forecast of RGO cash flow and work with APAC Treasury team to identify opportunity and risk;

* Review and approval of purchase request against annual budget and forecast according to UDA;

* Review open purchase request and open purpose order with assigned function groups for period end cut off;

* Assist finance controller in daily finance control of RGO legal entity in but not limited to account reconciliation review, accrual/provision analysis and true up, contract review, cost allocation and rebilling, compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements;

* Support assigned function groups in budget control and other finance support as key contact person from staff controlling team;

* Deliver external and internal financial reporting as required and work closely with accounting shared service center, region FP&A team, corporate finance/accounting team, and other finance teams;

* Optimize controlling activities and procedures in daily work to improve efficiency;

* Involvement in ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree and major in Finance or Management;

* Minimum of seven years of working experience in finance with at least three years responsible for FP&A work or in finance controlling function;

* Minimum of five continuous years working in multinational environment and well adapt to working with multinational cultures and people;

* Great communication skills in fluent Mandarin and English (listen, speak, read, write);

* Quick learner and be willing to take responsibilities for challenging job and tasks.
