1. Providing legal service and legal supports to different teams in the Company;

2. Drafting and reviewing contract on a variety of matters including dealer,retail and other commercial matters;
3. Monitoring regulatory development in related sectors;

4. Establishing and maintaining the legal management system,

6. Providing legal advice, counsel and training to relevant departments

7. Participating in contract negotiation, implementing effective risk control and management
8. Responsible for the legal affairs of dealers, including contracts, qualification inspecting, materials and documents support and disputes handling

9. Coordinating with related departments for license application and qualification management

10.Performing other responsibilities assigned by the supervisors.

Requirement:

1. Graduate of a recognized law school with 3+ years’ experience either in the legal department of a corporation;

2. Experience in FMCG, wholesale business or retail industry preferred;

3. Good knowledge of the Chinese legal system and the main laws;

4. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading and writing);

5. Must be self-motivated and responsive;
