职位描述

Responsibilities:
· Recruitment
1. Ensure all Job Descriptions reflect the real working content of the employees’, clarify the JD drafting guideline to supervisor/managers and push them to update JDs in time.
2. In charge of the whole recruitment process from job posting, CV screen, 1st round interview, candidates recommendation, interview arrangements and offering.
3. Organize interview feedback discussion between HR and BU, provide professional recommendation, suggestions, help supervisors/managers to choose the right person for right position.
4. Well manage the searching firms so that they provide qualified candidates according to the company requirements.
5. Conduct yearly performance review of searching firms in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, provide objective feedback to HR Director for decision making and contract renewal.
6. Be aware of the industry trend in terms of recruitment and update HR Director when necessary to adjust staffing policy, strategies.
7. Prepare and follow up the orientation program of new recruits to help them integrate well.
· Compensation & Benefits
1. Manage monthly payroll and social securities arrangement.
2. Make sure benefits plans are aligned with other affiliates and competitive in the region.
3. Assist HR Director to design yearly sales incentive scheme, bonus plan and pay structure.
4. Conduct yearly remuneration survey and provide salary analysis report.
5. Manage merit increase policy, communication and implementation under HR Director’s guidance.
6. Help HR Director on yearly budget planning.
· Performance Management
1. Communicate with the supervisors and managers regarding the rules of performance review if any updates.
2. Closely follow up the performance review process to make sure all are done before deadline.
3. Collect performance review forms to ensure all forms are properly completed.
· Others
1. Monitor people involved in recruitment, training and performance management so that all follow the procedures, update procedures when necessary.
2. Maintain personnel data in Peoplsoft System.
3. Submit accurate reports with respecting deadlines.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources will be a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in C&B, Recruitment. Experience in APAC region will be a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
5. Knowledge of PeopleSoft will be a plus.
