Your Role

·      Assisting sales manager to propose JEB partition design and configuration to key account to strengthen likelihood of securing project award

·      Performing follow up calls and presentations to potential and existing key account projects on business prospective

·      Coordinate proposal and quotation based on key account renovation and maintenance requirement

·      Attending to handling project site problem

·      Coordinating material usage, quality and delivery with key account

·      Leading project teams to complete installation in time and ensure quality

·      Communicating with the key account for payment

What You Should Have

·      Proven related sales assistant experience in glass and aluminum products will be a definite advantage

·      Proven related sales assistant experience in Shanghai local market will be a definite advantage

·      Excellent presentation (PPT Proposals), communication and interpersonal skills

·      Fluency in writing and speaking English & Chinese

·      Proactive, self-motivated

·      Connection with interior designers, architects or contractors will be a definite advantage

·      协助销售经理向关键客户（Wework）就JEB隔板设计及性能提供讲解，以提高项目中标的可能性

·      与关键客户（Wework）进行有关商业机会的跟进电话沟通

·      根据关键客户的改造、维保要求，协调制定方案和报价

·      参与安装场地疑难解答

·      与关键客户（Wework）协调材料的使用、质量控制及运输

·      领导项目团队在期限内完成高质量产品安装

·      与关键客户（Wework）协调付款工作

所需技能

·      具备在上海地区的室内玻璃及铝质产品销售助理经验者优先考虑

·      具备在上海地区的高端家具销售助理经验者优先考虑

·      优秀的商业演讲（使用PPT）、沟通及交际能力

·      优秀的英语及汉语讲写能力

·      积极主动

·      与室内设计师、建筑师或外判商有人脉关系者获优先考虑
