KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责

？ Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, i.e. WACKER product introduction and application advice etc. help customers to well use Wacker Products

？ Design and implement experiments and testing plan according to customers’ request, write lab report independently

？ Closely collaborate with Sales Teams to create sale Opportunities and follow the projects in order to achieve the business development target.

？ Deliver the presentation during the seminar, exhibition, wacker academy workshop and distributor training etc.

？ Keep insight of market and technical development trend, work with marketing colleagues to prepare technical promotion concept

？ Properly use the chemical agents and equipment, follow the standard operation procedure when in Consumer care lab to meet the requirements of IMS / ISO standard.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Education

？ Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or related majors.

？ Master degree is preferred.

Knowledge/Requirement

？ Solid knowledge of chemistry, especially in polymer chemistry or silicone industry;

？ Familiar with application in personal care industry, i.e. hair care, skin care or color cosmetics etc.;

？ Good oral English, outstanding skill to read and write English technical papers/articles;

？ Flexible to go business travel and visit customers independently or with sales;

？ Confident to present in public or to customers with professional behaviors;

？ Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook).

Experience

？ At least 4 years working experience in personal care related industries.

？ At least 2 years working experience in multinational companies or famous local companies is preferred;
