1. Be responsible for search engine channel performance (traffic and ROI performance)

2. Define and implement a SEM strategy to acquire quality traffic in order to archive both ROI and Turnover target

3. Budget / channels breakdown, budget relocation based on real performance

4. Compile and analyze performance data and metrics to optimize and ensure positive ROI.

5. Set up SEO strategy and monitoring report to make sure improvement direction will be on track

6. Working with business leader closely to understand their business strategy and re-structured with agency to let them executive efficiency

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years SEO/PPC experience (either agency or client side)

2. Very strong in analytics (good at Google Analytics)

3. Very good working knowledge of Excel balanced by understanding of creative development.

4. Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets.

5. Chinese (native) English (proficient)

6. Sports lover or full of passion in sports
