• Conduct channel analysis by region by segment, channel performance report on a timely basis.

• Support Channel manager to facilitate regular review with region on channel performance and growth strategy.

• Calculate quarterly / yearly rebate and communicate with channel partners.

• Manage channel platform and improve it more user friendly.

• Annual contract review and sign with channel partners.

• Manage annual goods return & replacement from channel partners.

• Work with IT and sales / marketing team on C360 / Bidman / OBIEE to improve front end system and reporting.

• Regularly visit channel partner with regional sales, develop good relationship with partners and provide necessary support.

• Support channel manager to facilitate channel meetings with channel partners.

• Other jobs assigned by CPC channel manager.                    

If you are:

 

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Finance, or have relevant working experience;

• 3+ years work experience.

• Business Acumen is desired.

• Knowledge and understanding in electrical industry is desired.

• Strong analytical and process skills. Good communication & facilitation skills.

• Proficient user of Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.

• Written English is must, Fluent oral English is plus.

• Travel is 25%
