Translate various types of financial documents included prospectuses, annual reports, hedging/risk management, and securitizations.

Ensure translated documents mirror the original source document.

Edit jobs by freelance translators.

Efficiently maintains formal disciplined operations procedures across a variety of client projects.

Receive requests from clients and coordinate workload volume and timelines independently.

Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate and assigned by your manager/supervisor on time and meeting quality requirements.

Assist with making new department processes while improving on existing onesKeep PMs and other linguists informed of project process.

Ability to work in shifts including some weekend coverage.

Requirements:

Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

Native level of Mandarin.

Fluency in English.

Ability to translate into both English and Chinese.

At least 3 years prior translation experience.

Expertise in financial field, investment bankingAcute attention to detail, spelling and grammar.

Ability to support multiple projects.

Experience coordinating assignment of resources.

Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines.
