4.加强图片预期的效果，使用电脑软件。
5.监督和评估修图的工作。
6.能在压力下工作。
7.审查和处理组拍摄上传和横幅。

背景：
1.至少3年修图经验。
2.运用Photoshop和其它计算机软件的技能
3.熟悉色彩和时尚
4.对奢侈品,时尚行业感兴趣

Reporting to Associate Production Director. Plays a critical role in producing all pictures in order to promote the brands and the site.

His/her main responsibilities include:
1. Ability to plan the retouching work and distribute to the team according to the overall production plan.
2. Make sure the work of the retouching team meets company's standard.
3. Responsible to retouch the pictures based on the requirement.
4. Enhance pictures to create desired effects, using computers software.
5. Supervise and evaluate the work of Retouchers.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Review and process uploads for pack shots and banner.
Background:
1.Minimum 3 year retouching experience.
2.Skills in Photoshop and other computer software
3.Good understanding of color and beauty
4.Interested in luxury and fashion
