Duties and Responsibilities:

Short Term
1. Maintain contract/revenue management file in Excel
2. Physical contract documentation
3. Cash Reconciliation/allocation to contract
4. AR booking monitoring and manage VAT invoice issuing
5. Other assignment from direct supervisor

Long Term
1. Familiarize with Sales force system and indentify any risks or mistakes in
the system.
2. Follow up contract status and make sure all billing recorded and closed timely.
3. Help to improve revenue cycle/process continuously

Essential Knowledge/Experience
1. Financial & Accounting background and MNC's working experience
2. Strong communication skill
3. Strong analytical skill;
4. Eager to learn
5. Bachelor degree

Qualifications
1. Good at Excel
2. Basic English required
3. ERP experience is preferred, but not necessary
4. Familiar with PRC GAAP
5. Strong Business Acumen;
6. Tough and aggressive.
