职位描述
1. 负责新产品的封装草图设计, 如BD、POD、inner lead等;
2. 审核封装工厂提供的图纸，并有能力提出设计的优缺点, 从封装质量、产品性能和封装成本出发，为公司新产品设计有竞争力的封装方案;
3. 负责封装设计规则、DFMEA的撰写、更新;
4. 负责产品规格书中所有封装图纸的绘制;
5. 负责产品规格书中的封装信息编写、维护、审核。
JobTitle:
1. Responsible for package design draft of new products, such as BD, POD, inner lead, etc；
2. Reviewed the drawings which provided by assmebly house, and be able to propose the advantages and disadvantages of the design. Designed competitive package schemes for new products from the perspective of package quality, product performance and package cost;
3. Responsible for writing and updating package design rules and DFMEA;
4. Responsible for all package drawings in the product specification;
5. Responsible for writing, maintaining and reviewing package information in product specifications.
任职要求：
1. 大学专科以上学历
2. 会用CAD绘图软件;
3. 熟悉封装工艺流程，需有一年以上封装图纸的设计经验(如框架、焊线图、基板或Bumping图等)
3. 具有良好的沟通能力、分析问题能力、较强的协调能力，以及团队合作意识
4. 具有较强的质量意识、责任心和上进心
Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Able to use CAD and other design software;
3. Familiar with assembly process, must have one year experience in the design of the package drawings, (such as inner lead, BD, substrate or Bumping figure, etc.)
3. Good communication skills, problem analysis skills, strong coordination skills and team spirit
4. Have strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility and self-motivated
