General Responsibilities（职位描述）:

 

Invoices issuance and management （发票的开具和管理）

1) Issue related invoices based on requirements from Sales team根据销售的要求开具发票

2) Reconcile invoices between Golden-tax system and Kingdee system 开票总数在金税系统和金蝶系统的核对

3) Invoices inventory management 发票库存管理

 

Navision system operating （ERP系统的操作）

1) Input invoices Number one by one in Navision system 在Navision 系统里逐一登记开票的号码

2) Reconcile invoices between Navision system and Kingdee system 开票总数在金蝶系统和Navision系统的核对

 

Qualifications & Requirements （资格与要求）:

Microsoft Office & ERP system微软操作系统知识及技能

Independent, outstanding flexibility, high team work spirit 独立工作能力强，应变能力突出，具备团队精神

Fluent spoken& written English 良好的英文口头及书面表达能力
