Qualifications - BSc Mechanical Engineering
3+ years experience developing plastic physical designs for telecommunications, communications, Industrial products etc,
-Knowledge of manufacturing materials and processes for plastic products
-Strong creative and analytical capabilities
Must have experience:
- 3D modeling of design using Pro/Engineer
- Developing physical prototypes
- Good team work with other employees and can control supplier to develop the product/cost
- Designing for manufacturability, installability, repairability
Preferential with below capabilities
- Performing preliminary thermal and structural analysis using FEA and CFD tools
- Performing cabling and interconnect analysis is preferred
- Good thermal analysis skills and experience
- Knowledge of EMI containment techniques
- Assiduous and aspiring.
