岗位职责：

1、 负责公司财务管理，以公司业务发展的计划制定年度财务预算，并跟踪其执行情况；

2、 协助决策层制定公司发展战略，为公司经营、业务发展提供财务方面的分析和依据，并主持公司财务战略规划的制定；

3、 对日常业务数据进行处理，结合实际业务发展给予系统分析，形成日常数据分析报告，为决策提供支撑；

4、 基于财务数据及业务数据分析，对营运部门的工作提出优化及改善建议，改进和完善数据分析服务流程规范；

5、 负责公司日常费用请付款预算审核与控制，做好资金计划与预警管理，加强日常财务管理和成本控制，严格控制财务收支；

6、 负责公司的财务会计及税务工作，及时准确出具相关报表、办理相关涉税事宜；

7、 对各类经济合同涉及到的结算条款进行审核，建立并及时登记各类费用台账；

8、 完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、 大学财务相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、 具有两年及以上财务分析岗位工作经验，有优秀的财务分析和资金管理能力；

3、 熟悉中国的会计准则、及地方相关法律法规、税务规范等；

4、 正直诚信、工作积极主动且能承受较大压力、有事业心，内驱力强，具有良好的思维逻辑能力和团队协作意识、善于沟通；

5、 熟练使用各类办公软件和财务软件。

Shanghai Yingxin World Machinery was established in 2009 and acted as the exporting center of all world brand machines. SYWM has office in downtown of Shanghai and warehouse in suburb near to the sea port. The office is 40km to Shanghai PVG airport, 15km to Hongqiao airport and 14km to high speed railway station. Most of the maintenance spare parts are stock in the Shanghai warehouse for in time service to the global customers.
 
Professional sales and service team can meet different customer requests of different machines. Here, we can meet customers, take customers to factory, send out engineers for installation service, send out technician for training service and after-sales repair service. SYWM has built dealerships with many companies in the global market for our agriculture machines, construction machines and power press machines.
 
SYWM also do some trading business as some of our dealers and customers need us to buy other machines as a package order. SYWM can help them to source the right supplier, arrange the payment, do factory inspection and follow logistic and transportation.
