Responsibilities:
？ Build and maintain solid and efficient partner relationships, to maximize portfolio performance
？ Work with internal cross-functional study team members to ensure the project operations and progress are meeting business needs
？ Act as Project Management Office (PMO) to govern strategic projects portfolio; champion project planning of strategic initiatives
？ Demands high performance on all strategy initiatives

Qualifications:
？ Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Consulting / post-grad degree in biotechnology/medical related areas will be an advantage
？ 2-3 years of work experience (familiarity with the healthcare industry with R&D background would be strongly preferred) in cross-functional coordination and project management or other highly related fields 
? Strong communication skills across business units and function departments,attaining endorsement and support on collaboration
？ Strong critical thinking, logical thinking and problem-solving, with excellent ability to identify business opportunities and solutions to business issues, and articulate multiple elements into whole perspective
？ Excellent project management and analytical skills, with experience in an environment requiring cross-functional interaction and secondary research
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
？ Able to think analytically and strategically, synthesize information quickly and logically
