• Customer quality incident handling according to standard CI working flow

• Manage triage lab failure analysis for quality incident returns, mainly for LED products

• Identify and reduce invalid customer complaints by offering triage lab failure analysis, and onsite support with TSM/Sales

• Work closely with CQE team in Penang for deep analysis and 8D activity, work as bridge between customer and internal teams for quality issues

1. Education学历

   Bachelor degree, Electronics/Semiconductor Engineering

    

2. Experience工作经验

Two years with relevant experience (Customer Quality or Failure Analysis in Electronics or Semiconductor Company)

 

1. Competency and Skills 能力和技能

• Deep understanding of 8D methodology

• Hands on Failure Analysis skills for LED, Semiconductor or Electronics Components

• Good English Writing skill, CET-4 or above
