? Understand the Marketplace and Customer needs

o Analyzing the marketing environment, including the micro and macro environment.

o Collect and manage marketing information and customer insights

o Identify the market segmentation and target customers; 

o Understand the customer’s decision process

? Design & Execute the customer- driven marketing strategy and mix

o Understand IPC’s mission statement and key objectives, develop and execute marketing strategies include but not limited to:

？ Differentiation and positioning strategies

？ Branding strategies

？ Marketing communication strategies

？ Advertising strategies

？ Direct marketing strategies, with GDPR compliance

? Direct email marketing

? Online marketing

？ New product development and product life-cycle strategies

？ Pricing strategies

？ Sales force strategies

？ Competitive strategies: Identify and assess competitors, and develop competitive strategies

o Develop, oversee and execute the company’s annual marketing plan and budget.

? Responsibilities for website and social media content and strategies

o Develop and implement website content strategies to increase traffic and improve web user experience and engagement.

o Oversee the development of social media strategy including content development, monitoring and response to inquiries related to IPC education.

? Build relationships and create customers satisfaction, capture value from customers

o Build strong relationship with chosen customers 

o Build strong relationship with marketing partners

o Increase overall customer satisfaction 

o Capture customer lifetime value

o Increase share of market and share of customers
