职位描述

  1. Responsible for daily accounting activities, make sure the accounting processes on AR/AP/FA/EXPENSE/GL/TAX functions

  2. Responsible for AR/AP/EXPORT tax rebate with accuracy and in time

  3. Responsible for concession fee filling and application

  4. Conduct monthly closing processes from Head office before 10th with accuracy and in time.

  5. Conduct monthly PRC financial statements of balance sheet, account reconciliation, tax report etc to tax authorities before 15th with accuracy and in time.

  6. Managing cash flow and every Wednesday to Head office

  7. Expense management to control and review the contract, purchasing terms and conditions, customer agreements, invoice, etc.

  8. Support and coordinate Monthly, Quarterly & Annual audit or reports for internal and external.

  9. Support Head office or each departments forecast, budget on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

  10. Responsible for financial processing in SAP system, support for global IT or HQ in data analysis

  11. Responsible for tax filing, and make sure the company tax is in compliance. Look for tax benefit and tax return for the company.

  12. Manage government funds support and grasp policy

  13. Other tasks assigned by Leader and CFO
