职位描述
Be responsible for working within a team environment to understand the main systems assemblies and sub-assemblies including their electrical, PLC, and mechanical software interconnections in order to provide direct support on site or telephone support to customers.
The FSE will interface with headquarters to provide the necessary information in order to provide accurate and timely information to customers with regards to support requests, spare parts, upgrade requests, and additional service requests.
The FSE may travel to company international locations for training and other support work.
You will be provided with appropriate tools/equipment, including a laptop computer and smartphone, and the assurance that you have the support of well-established and growing service operation.
Overnight travel is expected to be between 50% and 75%, including multiple weeks for installation work.
