Wish is looking for a college intern for the Product Merchandising Specialist. The Product Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the products, optimizing product listings, collecting customer feedback and suggesting with tangible action plans to improve merchandising and operations.  

What You’ll Do:

·Perform and review products’ listings, including images, subjects, de"script"ions.

·Create and produce content, make analysis, improve and standardize the listings to showcase features and details with accuracy and consistency.

·Collect customers’ verbatim feedback, analyze with root causes based off data-based facts, and provide improvement plans.

·Research consumers’ behavior and what customers value. Market products to address customers’ pain points and present with value proposition.

·Coordinate with cross-functional teams in sourcing, procurement and data analytics, support with planning and merchandising. Assist the new product launching and product replenishments in a timely manner.

·Maintain and develop merchandising processes, in areas including but not limited to pricing strategy, logistics, inventory via data analytics and system

Who You Are:

·BA/BS/Master’s from prestigious colleges and universities.

·Major in Marketing, Advertising or Business are preferred but not limited, equivalent work experience is preferred but not required.

·An individual who is hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible and doer.

Communicative, able to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with other departments

·Able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment where change is constant.

·Excellent in Office Suite, analytical skills in Excel, Access, SQL Access are plus

·Available at least 4 full days a week, for at least 3 months
