Job Nature: Corporates Sales – Event and Merchandise

Report to: Hong Kong Headquarters

Responsible district: Shanghai and nearby cities

Job Description:

The Brand Manager, China is responsible for the growth of the corporate accounts; and promote Papinee brand and products in China to maximize the revenue generation. S/he shall gather and identify client needs and expectations; tailor competitive solution; and ensure seamless deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Infiltrate to the corporate clients, for instance shopping mall, property developer, kindergarten, luxury brands and etc. to build trust and explore business opportunities from the decision makers in a professional manner;
• Understand client's needs and challenges and provide prompt and compelling service proposals to address client’s needs in considering of Papinee's brand standard;
• Act as a project owner and work closely with Hong Kong headquarters team and various functional teams across China to ensure high quality Papinee service and product are delivered; and manage to meet all the agreed sales project milestones;
• Organize, lead and review KPI and drive revenue growth; and ensure the billing to the clients can be collected timely and accurately;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant areas of studies (e.g. Marketing, Business, etc.)
• At least 3 years of corporate account management experience
• Strong social networking with corporate decision makers contacts
• Knowledge in brand Bespoke products and event management is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, committed to be able to take ownership of tasks and projects
• Result-oriented, number sharp and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Able to be multi-tasking and work under pressure

It all began many years ago with a mother whose ill health restricted her ability to travel and against all odds wanted to give her son the world. She converted their living room into the Pyramids of Giza, the Savannas of Kenya, the Taj Mahal and would take him to incredible lands with the most fantastical Animals through imaginative storytelling and plays.
