Your challenges:

 

● Build up all areas system performance monitoring and optimization solution to ensure infrastructure services reliability and availability.

● Work as 3rd level support on infrastructure incident, change and problem management.

● SLA report and action plan to improve support or solution performance.

● Functional manage level 1 and 2 support engineer to ensure support quality.

● Create technical handbook / guide / manual for level 1 & level 2 supports and provide training.

● Build synergy with Headquarter team to exchange support and operation tips.

 
REQUIREMENTS

 

● Bachelor degree or above in computer science specialized in System and Infrastructure.

● Good sense of technical troubleshooting.

● Good technical know-how on Enterprise Networking environment.

● Good communication skill in English, French will be a plus.

● At least 3 years of related domain’s working experiences in MNC

● Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012, Windows 7/10

● MDM, Android, OS.

● Active Directory

● Windows Deployment Service (MDT).

● Backup and recovery solution.

● DHCP, DNS, Proxy.

● Script in VBS, Batch and Powershell.

● Virtualization Hyper-V and VMware.

● Linux Server CentOS or other.
