职位描述
Position Title: 薪酬绩效主管
Location: 北京
Report to: 薪酬绩效总监
Key Responsibilities:
? 根据公司的发展战略，完善公司薪酬福利、绩效相关制度、流程和标准；
? 展开薪酬调查，依据现有的薪酬政策提出合理建议；
? 推进绩效管理体系搭建、维护，绩效改进，持续提升，推动绩效考核落地；
? 独立负责每月公司Payroll周期，工资核算、发放、个税等相关工作；
? 了解公司业务，协助各部门解决薪酬福利相关的问题。
Qualifications
? 统招本科及以上学历，有3年以上人力资源薪酬模块相关经验，有互联网、游戏行业（北京地区500人以上规模）薪酬绩效工作经验优先，无频繁跳槽记录；
? 熟悉薪酬架构、绩效管理，以及国家和地方相关政策；
? 良好的数学函数能力、数字敏感度；
? 至少熟练使用过Oracle PeopleSoft、用友NC等HR系统之一；
? 性格成熟稳重，工作严谨细致、具备极强的责任心和敬业精神，沟通能力强，有较强的逻辑思维能力。
