工作职责

• Responsible for the scope of official duty of the production schedule, quality and cost control

• 负责其职责范围内的生产进度、质量、成本控制

• Responsible for the scope of official duty of the pre-installed of the scheduling and tracking control

• 负责其职责范围内的预安装的计划安排及跟踪控制

• Responsible for the scope of official duty of man-hour statistics, check, control and report

• 负责其职责范围内的生产工时统计、核对、控制及汇报

• Responsible for the scope of official duty of capacity, posts and arrange the frequency under the scheme

• 负责其职责范围内的定员、定岗并根据计划安排班次

• Responsible for the scope of official duty of production process and tooling to optimize and development

• 负责其职责范围内的生产加工工艺优化与发展和工具工装优化与发展

• Responsible for project department, warehouse and packing company plans to complete delivery

• 负责配合项目部、仓库及包装公司完成发货计划

• Responsible for project department complete on-site service

• 负责配合项目部完成现场服务

• Responsible for other taska assigned by supervisors

• 负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

• Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

• 理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突。

• Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system.

• 具有ISO14001&OHSAS18001质量管理体系意识。

• Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.

• 为下属安排适当的培训并/或对其进行培训指导，以确保下属具备完成工作所需的知识、技能和能力。

• Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following.

• 明确工作流程且清楚地向下属解释,并关注其行为以确保严格遵守流程。

• Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback when necessary (e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory.)

• 设立并向下属解释胜任力及绩效标准，根据实际的工作表现对其绩效进行评价，必要时应提供建设性的反馈建议。（如当某项任务被评定为“需要改进”或“不满意”时。）

• Engage in the production and support work of hi-tech product

任职要求

• Able to use simple foreign language

• 简单外语交流

• Able to do the daily work by computer

• 基本能使用电脑进行日常工作

• Collegea and above degree,Mechanical Engineering or other relevant professional

• 专科或以上学历，机械工程或其他相关专业

• 5-year factory assembly of large mechanical equipment experience

• 5年工厂大型机械备装配工作经验

• Understand the assembly process and be familiar with assembly tools and fixtures

• 理解装配工艺和熟悉装配工具和工装

• Strong consciousness of learning new technolog

• 极强的学习新技术的意识

• Have good communication and coordination ability
