必备项：

1.具备3年以上设计工作经验，关注营销热点、熟悉潮流新锐事物，并且喜欢钻研；

2.具备深厚的美术功底和策略性思考能力，对于创意、画面构图、色彩运用有独到的见解，有一定的品牌运营意识；

3.针对项目要求制定的项目方案，独立创作并执行创意，并能给予设计师指导和建议；

4.创意能力强，对品牌有整体把控能力；

5.有创意激情，追求细节，能接受挑战和较强的抗压能力；

工作内容：

品牌的线上营销活动提供视觉创意设计。

包括品牌主题海报、线上活动海报、互动活动界面设计、H5界面设计、微信长图文创意等

1、大专以上学历，美术、设计相关专业毕业；

2、至少3年以上新媒体行业相关工作经验，从事过新媒体营销相关设计工作岗位优先；

3、拥有新媒体传播、社交网络传播、互动传播等领域创意设计、视觉表达经验；

4、精通IIIustrator、Photoshop、AI等；有较强的手绘功底；会C4D的优先；
