Leadership

• As personal leader, to support the JV strategy to execute training programs and initiatives to business priorities.
• Corporate with internal corporate partners in JV, such as commercial operations, China CSR team, marketing team, capital sales team, service team,  HR, clinical education and other cross functional partners to ensure a smooth collaboration and training result delivery.
• Keep an intensive interaction and communication with ISI oversea function, such as ISI commercial learning team, e-learning team, SFC team and global marketing team, to ensure a successful implementation of e-learning module, trouble shooting, content updating and other tasks in future.
• Demonstrate accountability to achieve company goals by delivering relevant and impactful sales training programs.   

Training operation

• Manage training announcement – enrollment – feedback process
• Execute and monitor contents updating, translation and preparation, robotic system availability, instrument and disposables inventory for all technical, clinical and sales training.
• Data collection – collect all training data for effectiveness evaluation

Training execution

• Maintain familiarity with capital and clinical sales process.
• Collaborate closely with global marketing to ensure training aligns with messaging, value propositions and marketing opportunities.
• Demonstrate superior understanding of clinical and technical education modules as part of the clinical and system training (CAST) program.
• Effectively present and deliver ISI technical and procedure lectures to trainees as part of the CAST program.

Requirements

• B.A/B.S. degree required, master preferred
• +3 years of sales experience in medical device company
• Cautery device, stapler, suture or general surgery product preferred
• Fluency in mandarin and English
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to travel 30+, able to execute independently, work in flexible schedule
